Tasks and Responsibilities: Understand customer requirements and participate in Process related conference calls with the customer Design / Model processes Conduct Process walkthroughs Add value to the E2E process by process analysis, gap identification and suggesting process improvements Share acquired knowledge with other BPM teams Participate in building Knowledge Repository components .
