Job Summary Description

Job Profile

Guiding & directing a team of Process Engineers & CAD Operators for concept study, basic engineering & detailed engineering of pharmaceutical / Chemical projects

Responsibilities to handle:

  • Exp of working in consulting environment for formulations, biotech & API projects & thorough design fundamentals
    Project Management, basic & detailed engineering for pharma & chemical plants.
  • Liason with client & contractors at site.
  • Overall management of project (in-house )
  • Prepare monthly reports summarising status of project.
  • Collect technical data for detailed engineering
  • Develop process flow diagrams & P&I diagram
  • Estimate utility requirements & develop utility systems from concept stage based on specific requirement of process.
  • Developed specifications of proprietary equipment.
  • Evaluate & prepared recommendation of bids for supply of equipment
  • Prepare piping specifications & develop specification datasheets for pipes, fittings & valves
  • Evaluate tenders & prepare techno-commercial recommendations
  • hands on experience of process, clean & raw utilities piping P&IDs & equipment specification & sizing

  • Qualification :
    ME Chemical / BE Chemical
    Experience Required :

    15 to 18 Years
