Roles and Responsibilities

Position Description:The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator. Candidate should be a good cultural fit overall

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the complete project monitoring and successful delivery of the Project module.
• Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
• Assess risks and establish contingency plans
• Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Discover training needs and provide coaching and feedback to direct reports
• Experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance, cost, verify scope.
• Driving retrospectives outcomes to continuously improve the teams performance.
• Ensuring that clients needs are met as the project evolves
• Drive projects of high visibility across the organization
• Work and manage multiple projects and documentation.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree, preferable in Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM ,Six Sigma certified candidate would be preferred
• In depth knowledge of how Scrum, Kanban and Scaling agile model works
• Experience in coaching and training individuals and teams in agile principles and practices
• Experience working with large enterprise clients or government projects or both
• Understanding of any Project Management and Team communication tool. Should have exposure and good knowledge of JIRA.
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with a team for a minimum period of 3 years
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills andIT PMO Experience
