Job Description

• To do installations on the stipulated time.
• To report and attend a complaint at the earliest, once it is notified.
• To rectify the complaint in a short span of time.

Key Areas of Responsibilities in Detail

• To work in the field as per the tour plan.
• To meet all non-AMC customers for ensuring AMC acceptance.
• To ensure the company's reporting system is implemented like timely submission of documents, installation reports, TSR, tour program, expense statement, AMC/CMC contracts, and other periodic submissions.

Education Qualification

• B.Tech/B.E in Electronics & Communication/ Biomedical Engineering or Bachelor s in Electronics/Medical Lab Technology /Any science graduate with IVD (in-vitro diagnostics) experience
