Job Summary
Position: Service Engineer ( Thirdparty Payroll Position)
Experience : 1 -5 years
(Education: Should be Bio-Medical/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineer, Diploma )
- Installation, Training & Application on Bio-chemistry Analyzers/ Urine Chemistry.
- Troubleshooting the instruments, Remote fix. And handling the Urine Analyzer
- Resolution of the problem to meet customer expectations( Response time ( up to 48 hrs.)
- Arranging the spare parts as per the requirements.
- Coordination with the sales & application team member.
- Coordinating with the Service GL ( Daily Reporting) of the problems and resolution.
Experience Required :
1 to 5 Year
