Job Summary

Agnisys is looking for a highly organized & self-motivated HR professional, responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the company. He/She should be responsible for driving a healthy & congenial environment for the development of individuals as well as company as a whole.

Basic Requirements:

  • Total Exp.: 3-4 years of relevant Corporate HR experience
  • Qualification: MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in HR
  • Designation: Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager

Job Description :

  • Recruitment
  • Create Job Description. Once checked and vetted by the CEO, upload an ad on Job Portal, Social Media and Agnisys Website.
  • Track response/applications, respond to telephonic enquiries of potential candidates and maintain a record of the same.
  • Screen relevant candidates and conduct telephonic interviews.
  • Schedule as well as coordinate for face-to-face interviews.
  • Interview Assessment Form is duly filled by interviewers/assessors
  • Salary negotiation
  • Issue offer letter
  • Conduct reference checks
    • Onboarding
  • Prepare orientation plan
  • Ensure smooth onboarding
  • Conduct Induction and explain the HR policies
  • Share KPIs
    • HR Letters & Communication
  • Draft as well as issue all HR letters
  • Employee communication via email, Text message
    • Time Office Management & Leave Records
  • Ensure employees adhere to the Attendance Policy.
  • Share weekly and monthly attendance report with Sr. Management
  • Maintain Leave Records and update Sr. Management as and when needed
  • Send mails to employees not completing minimum work hours
    • Payroll Processing
  • Collate monthly data of employee Attendance, Leave, Deductions etc. and prepare payroll sheet to be shared with F & A Dept. for checks & approvals and once approved share it with the concerned person for processing.
  • Issue pay slips to employees on request
  • Generate various reports through HRMS software/MS excel.
    • Some Additional responsibility
  • Maintain employee personnel files and records
  • Coordinate with F & A Head & CEO to plan as well as seek approval on budget for employee engagement activities, R & R, CSR activities, Offsite etc.
  • Coordinate with consultants/vendors for PF, ESI, Medical Insurance etc.
  • Handle employee grievance & redressal
  • Relevant experience in Recruitment & Payroll processing is mandatory.
  • Coordination with Agnisys partners for license updates
