Job Summary
- Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Labour Laws and its implementations the policies & Processes in conjunction with the company's overall development plan.
- Having Good exposure in Training and Development activities & Should be able to design the content of the training.
- Should have a fair knowledge of the disciplinary process and IR Management.
- Payroll Management and compliances
- Making plans for employee engagement activity and execution.
- Ensure working according to ISO 9001, OHSAS 180001 ISO:45001, SA-8000 standards.
- Preparing various MIS, and good analytical skills.
Stable Candidate from the Manufacturing Industry, Good Communication, and knowledge of advance Excel will be preferred.
