Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and resolve customer complaints through effective coordination with internal teams and sellers.
• Streamline refund, return, and reverse logistics processes.
• Manage customer feedback and enhance brand reputation by addressing reviews and forums.
• Collaborate with courier partners to resolve logistics issues and optimize delivery operations.
• Implement strategies to reduce return ratios and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor the customer success team to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• At least 1+ years of experience
• Proven leadership experience in customer success or customer service.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive process improvements.
• Emotional Intelligence: Show empathy, active listening, and strong communication skills.
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or agri-inputs is a plus.
