- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar for process mapping and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, compliance standards, or domain knowledge is a plus.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis.
- Elicit and document clear and concise business and functional requirements through workshops, interviews, surveys, and other requirement-gathering techniques.
