Recruitment Strategy & Planning

• Work with technology leaders and other functional leaders on workforce planning
• Develop recruitment strategy and plan for designated roles/teams - employer proposition, sources, programs, partnership etc.
• Collaborate with teams, to deeply understand the hiring needs,and proactively translate them into job descriptions, which help attract relevant talent, and create positive candidate experience.
• Identify and evaluate new sourcing channels/partners.
• Create new programs / improve existing programs - to attract relevant talent.
• Contribute towards employer branding initiatives.
