Responsibilities : - First organize primary telephonic conversations with candidates just to check his/her interest and availability and reasons for change and more.
- Must be efficient in the essential technical skills, communication skills, behaviour and expectation of salary.
- Also excellent in communication
- And skilled in email drafting.
