Job Summary
  • Design and update job description.
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media, our website, recruitment portals etc.)
  • Analyze and note down every job s requirements and objectives before publishing the post.
  • Email, message and call the candidates.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
  • Interview candidates (via phone and in-person) and filter them for the next round of interview.
  • Prepare and manage language, computer, logical, and sales tests.
  • Advertise job opening on company s career page, social media, and internally)
  • Provide the shortlists of qualified candidates to your manager.
  • Develop recruitment strategy and implement it.
  • Networking with various institutions and social media to recruit the candidates.
  • Manage on-boarding process of recruited candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent in MS Word.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional record keeping skills.
