Job Summary Job Purpose
  • Monitor and secure Service Delivery and performance of the I2P process (KPIs/metrics/SLAs/OLAs)
  • Key contact for internal customers and stakeholders (functions, sites, I2P Experts, BPO/SCC teams) on SDM
  • Support escalations and non-standard decisions in I2P
  • Perform Root Cause Analyses and define corrective actions
  • Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives and culture
  • Initiate, and coordinate Continuous Improvement initiatives
Key Accountabilities
  • Manage the end-to-end transactional process delivery (I2P) in line with defined quality and cost levels for the cluster/country across the entire finance organization (RACs, BPO provider and retained Finance Services organization;
  • Identify / resolve / escalate (operational) issues in transactions / processes executed by BPO and act as a problem solver for the cluster/country;
  • Drive resolution of action plans to address issues identified
  • Consolidate, propose and implement performance improvement actions in conjunction with internal customers and the BPO provider;
  • Act as the intermediary (liaison) between SMU/SBU, GBS and function
  • Support GBS Transition Manager during SMU/SBU cluster / country transition; sign-off transitions tollgates
  • Single point of contact/escalation for BPO and accounting controller
  • Ensure roles and responsibilities within end to end processes are understood and performed

Experience
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or Control (e.g. RA, RC, EMFC, CMA, or similar)
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language and relevant local language(s), both written and spoken
  • 5-7 years relevant work experience, of which at least three years in a people management position
  • Strong project management skills
