Devops Engineer Job in Alepo
Job Summary
Purpose of the Role
You will be a core member of theSolution Integration DevOps team. You will help the project team automate the installation process for Alepo products and will verify the installation checklist, ensuring the products are installed without any issues. You will be the technical expert in Alepo sSolution Integration as well as GTAC teams. You will work on multiple projects and advanced technologies to improve automation in the installation process.
Skill Set:
Education
B.E or B.Tech in Computer Science/Computer Science Engineering/Telecommunications from an accredited college or technical institute.
Industry Experience
2-6 years
Responsibilities
- Follow SI processes strictly
- Know and follow the patch/build installation process
- Troubleshoot 100% of issues assigned on JIRA related to installing, configuring, and testing Alepo products
- Follow DevOps best practices
- Work on multiple projects and support activities
Knowledge Areas
- Scripting languages: Bash, Python, Perl
- Automation tools: Ansible, Chef, Puppet
- CI tools: Git, Jenkins
- Third-party tools: Icinga, Collectd, Graphite, and others
- Cloud technologies: AWS, OpenStack, Docker
