Job Summary

Skill Set

Education:

BE/B.TECH in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electronics/Telecommunications from an accredited college or technical institute.
MBA, preferably in telecommunications.

Industry Experience

3+ years of experience in the telecom domain in support, project implementation, and/or presales functions

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers/partners to understand business requirements
  • Respond to compliance for RFPs
  • Prepare hardware and software bill of material (BOM)
  • Prepare technical proposals and presales collaterals
  • Interact with cross-functional departments to obtain the information required to answer RFPs
  • Interact with the customer, hold presentations and product demos
  • Prepare standard and opportunity-specific collateral for products and solutions
  • Reply to technical queries

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality information in the least possible time
  • Deliver presentations and product demos
