Business Development Manager

The role holder will be responsible for leading the business development and account management activities in the designated territory. The role will provide autonomy and complete ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle to drive Revenue growth and New client acquisitions for the organization.

Experience: (2-4 Years)

Your responsibilities include:

  • Obsessive focus on solving problems for the Customer through automation
  • Ownership of the entire sales cycle - Prospecting, Opportunity discovery, Consulting, Commercials and managing P&L
  • Foster relationships with C-level executives and relevant business heads of the client to ensure customer success across key touchpoints
  • Drive Account penetration through customer success and organic business development
  • Ownership and delivery on assigned sales targets

Business Development Manager requirements and qualifications:

  • Aspiration to drive Growth for the business
  • Personal motivation to Own and Hustle for Growth
  • Understanding of B2B and Technology sales to Fortune 500 clients and large domestic MNCs across India, SE Asia, Middle East and US
  • Comfortable in working with C-level executives within clients
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
