Job Roles and Responsibilities: Provide administrative support and Overseeing the day-to-day activities and operations. Scheduling meetings and appointments within the office Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks Can manage Quality check and Prepare Presentations. Assist in vendor relationship management Job Requirements and Qualification: Any Bachelor s Degree with at least 1+ year experience working in a formal workspace. Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Outlook, in particular) and office management software (ERP etc.) Strong verbal and written presentation skills Effective communication skills and interpersonal abilities Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
