Job Summary

Job Roles and Responsibilities: Translate business goals into efficient Performance Marketing & Brand Development strategies and drive growth. Planning & budgetary control of all digital channels Drive innovation in the marketing campaign to increase performance & brand building on digital platforms. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize user journey, experience and work flows. Establish and monitor performance benchmarks and media cost with agencies. Own end-to-end execution, measurement, reporting and optimization of campaigns with goals to increase transactions, new users, acquired via AdWords. Execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting across Search and other facets of paid search in accordance with business goals. Improve quality score of ads on google and optimize campaign structure. Job Requirements and Qualification: Master s degree /Specialization in Marketing or relevant field. Proven 5+ years working experience in EdTech Digital Marketing. Working knowledge of website analytics tools and Ad serving tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Solid understanding of HTML and CSS. Understanding of Google Analytics, SEM, SEO, Google PPC, Facebook Re-targeting, Facebook Pixel and Business Management experience. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices and website analytics.
