Job Summary
- Areas:Active ORM management knowledge on channels like search, blogs, review sites, Social Media
- Tools: Experience with tools like Googles Me, Go Fish, Radian6, uberVU, TalkWalker etc.
- Experience activating automated listening for specific web based content
- Ability to acknowledge, respond to and optimize posts that negatively affect a companys brand
- Ability to handle crises scenarios for moderation and bounce-back
- Knowledge of writing content for SEO parameters and social media handling
- Strong written and verbal communication with copy writing skills
- Knowledge of real-estate market is a plus
- Prior role in a customer service engagement is an advantage
- Ability to perform in a metrics driven organization
- Continuously monitor web based chatter on Alliance brands and project
- Adopt listening capabilities based on automated tools
- Communicate and respond to user queries and comments in a timely fashion
- Create positive content and engage influencers to
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and SEO/SEM and Web Content teams on appropriate feedback from customers and prospects
- Generate, publish and manage engaging content on multiple social media channels like Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Quora and Social Blogs related to Alliance business
- Report metrics for online reputation across multiple channels
