Job Summary
  • 2 8 years experience in Real EstateSales/Apartment/Villas Channel Sales
  • Place of work: Site as assigned
  • Frequent Travelling Required / Adaptive to work on weekend
  • Strong experience in CHANNEL sales in real estate industry
  • Experience in generating new leads through channel/Agents in real estate.
  • Able to meet more channel partners and attach channel partners as per the monthly target.
  • Motivate the channel partners/achieve the sales targets.
  • Able to sign/negotiate with all the channel partners and comply as per the SLA/agreement.
  • Follow up each lead and convert it into sales.
  • Ability to generate and convert the leads to sales.
  • Should have strong experience in sales closure.
  • Having knowledge of the local property market and experience of property pricing to find homes that match their clients needs.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Should guide the team in following the companys policy, system, software & reports etc
  • Updating all necessary information in the ERP
  • Delivering reports to the Management
  • Should be a Go Getter, Team Leader and Target Oriented
  • Always Customer Focused with good Analytical Skills
  • Should be aggressive with excellent communication skills
  • Adaptive to work on weekend / rapidly changing circumstances
