Job Summary Educational qualification: BE/Computer Graduate

Compulsorily rotational shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Linux server management (LAMP)
  • Email server management
  • Preferred Knowledge Windows server 2008/2012/2016 & Network /Firewall
  • Backup Management
  • Good knowledge Local Network (VLAN. IP subnet).

Key characteristics and skills required:
  • 4+ years of experience working in a corporate environment supporting Linux / Microsoft technologies.
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server 2008R2, 2012R2, and 2016 preferred.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, TCP/IP, DNS & DHCP.
  • Knowledge of physical & virtual environments.
  • Good understanding of Network (Cisco Switch, Vlan, IP subnet, Internet Link).
  • The candidate must be capable of maintaining strong documentation for all systems and training processes.
  • Experience with enterprise backup and recovery processes preferred.
  • Able to support IT corporate requirements outside the normal business hours.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in using a Helpdesk based ticketing system is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate.
  • Knowledge of AD group policies.
  • Working knowledge of Linux systems
