Job Summary

What you will enjoy doing

  • Understanding of payroll related compliance
  • Need to anchor the salary process and ensure timely credit with high performance standard.
  • Maintaining employee database
  • Anchoring Social security benefits and Insurance Plans organization wide
  • Supporting the annual merit increase exercise for all employees
  • Support in salary administration
  • Other duties assigned by management.

What makes you great

  • Must be an MBA graduate or completed equivalent course with 3-5 years of experience in HR especially in handling Compensation and Benefits
  • Good Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Strong with numbers
  • Analytically inclined and detail oriented
  • Strong ethics and Discretion
  • Good working knowledge of the rules and regulations affecting payroll in the regions
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to be able to solve problems
  • Comfortable in working with numbers. Good excel skills and attention to detail
  • High on integrity
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Should be an excellent team player as well as a good communicator
