About Alstom in India

Alstom has established a strong presence in India. Currently, the company is executing metro projects in several Indian cities including Chennai, Kochi and Lucknow where it is supplying Rolling Stock manufactured out its state of the art facility at SriCity in Andhra Pradesh. In the Mainline space, Alstom is executing Signaling & Power Supply Systems for the 343 Km. section on World Bank funded Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor. Phase 1 in the construction of the new electric locomotive factory for manufacturing and supply of 800 units of 12000HP locomotives is also complete at Madhepura, Bihar while the depot at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh is ready to commence operation. Alstom has set up an Engineering Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru, and this coupled with a strong manufacturing base as well as localized supply chains, is uniquely positioned to serve customers across the globe. PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Organize and Manage Cybersecurity deliverables within Tendering activities in Alstom.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & AUTHORITIES

Key Accountabilities

All the tendering activities, related to cybersecurity, for APAC and MEA regions is managed by the Cybersecurity Tender Manager from Bangalore.

• Point of contact and responsible on the tender for following topics related to cybersecurity,
  • Clause by Clause evaluation, Requirement Allocation and Compliance management of the cybersecurity requirements of the tender.
  • Participate to Launch Workshop, Tender Design Review and Work Package review.
  • Proposal of Technical solution and documentation for the tender.
  • Creation of list of cybersecurity activities according to the applicable Alstom process and the cost drivers of the offer. The list integrates the cyber process activities, the Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and the maintenance of security.
  • Response to customer questions about the cyber offer
  • Participation in client meetings on cyber topics.
• Ensure all subsystems of a signaling system have integrated all cybersecurity constraints within their solution.
• To respond to complex technical issues, the Cybersecurity Tender Manager will interface with the Cybersecurity Platform Managers to identify solution GAPs
• Responsible for updating the reference library for activities and bill of quantity.

EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES & REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements

• University/ Engineer in degree level (mandatory)
• Cybersecurity certification such as: GICSP, CISSP, GSEC, CISM (desirable)

Experience

Mandatory:

• Experience related to Cybersecurity in general, deployment experience of security technologies.
• Quality, Cost and Delivery Management

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Alstom Products & Solution Portfolio.
• Experience in embedded or industrial systems (railway / aeronautics ...)

Competencies & Skills

• Engineering Background with 10+ years of experience. Previous hands on experience with architecture, design and development.

• Knowledge of main Cybersecurity standards and regulations, such as: ISO 2700X, 62443, NIST, NIS

• Knowledge of industry best practices, methodologies, tools, etc. in the field of cybersecurity

• Knowledge of some Cybersecurity solutions and areas (authentication and encryption, network access control, intrusion detection, etc.)

• Architecture concepts and techniques of systems and networks.

• Knowledge of security products and protocols

• Knowledge of the main techniques for evaluating systems security

• Strong documentation (written) and presentation (verbal) skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Dynamic, autonomous.Creativity and ability to work in a complex environment.
