Renewal Specialist Female Job in Altem Technologies (p) Ltd

Renewal sales specialists are responsible for ensuring customers renew their relationship with a company through their maintenance renewals and consumable sales.

We are looking for enthusiastic; customer focused Renewal Representatives that embrace technology and enjoy new challenges with prior exposure to handling renewals/AMCs for Software, Hardware or Machineries. The following are the role and responsibilities.

• Conduct outbound customer calls to make customers aware of their upcoming renewal and renewal options.
• Responsible for securing and tracking all consumable orders to ensure prompt/ accurate deliveries to customers.
• Keep track.
• Responsible for maintaining and growing the consumable base revenue stream and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent and ongoing customer contact.
• Create and provide customer proposals in time and follow-up for orders.
• Respond to customer calls, emails and RFQs promptly.
• Work with existing customers to maintain our high renewal close rate and consumables sales.
• forecast and effectively manage accounts.
• Secure excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
