- Engineering Manager with the experience level of 10 years above with excellent skills to mentor the engineers, BA, and testing team.
- Deep understanding of technologies and architecture in a highly scalable and available setup.
- Strong object-oriented design skills, functional programming and an uncanny ability to design intuitive module and class-level interfaces.
- Superior project management skills to manage multi-engineer projects, the experience of delivering the high-quality project on time.
- Very high technical competence, strong technical background with a track record of individual technical accomplishments - Ability to play the role of the architect for the team.
- Able to establish credibility with smart engineers quickly, and provide long-term vision and motivation. Great people skills to closely work with other teams - Product management, Scrum masters, business development, and operations.
- Good experience on Requirement/Design/Code Review & Inspections practices
Experience with any of the following testing: performance testing, security testing, privacy testing, accessibility testing, and localization/globalization testing.
Experience using structured design and modeling techniques. - Experience with DevOps model including but not limited to Continuous Delivery, Test-Driven Development, and Testing in Production.
- Good understanding of agile development practice
