Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling Sales service.
  • Attending the clients.
  • Explaining details about the project.
  • Explaining the project model.
  • Showing sample flat to the clients.
  • Discussing the budget of the clients and explain the client regarding our project
  • Cost sheet and other payment methods.
  • Negotiating if the client is interested in the project.
  • Giving best in convincing clients.
  • Handles the payment of the booked client.
  • Lining up the registration process with the help of CRM team.
  • Attaining revisit client and lining up an appointment with Sales Manager for further requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Hands-on experience in B2C Real Estate direct sales.
  • Good knowledge about all the locations of Dombivali & Navi Mumbai.
  • Strong English & Hindi Communication and convincing skills.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate / MBA Marketing with 2 to 3 years of experience in Residential sales preferably in Dombivali & Thane
