The team is comprised of tech, product, marketing, and business operations and we own the core technology, operations, customer experience, and selling partner experience teams across Seattle and India. As a Catalog Specialist within SnDBox, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape and deliver on a strategy to enable the launch and growth of subscription box sellers on Amazon.com. The sellers can be located anywhere in the world but must ship to the US. The objective of this position is to deliver on SnDBox growth, not only by launching new sellers on Amazon.com and the SnDBox platform, but also by helping launched sellers manage and grow their businesses. New sellers can include 3P sellers (i.e., existing subscription box sellers off-Amazon), 1P category teams, or even Amazon vendors developing new subscription boxes in coordination with their category VM and SnDBox. Candidates who delight in optimizing scarce resources and can strategically outline effective solutions rapidly should apply. Responsibilities include improving selection by launching sellers, collecting data and preparing reports on operational health, resolving and/or escalating seller inquires on operational matters, assisting internal SnDBOx teams (BD, Marketing, etc.) to grow the business, and identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline operations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business by the numbers
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts clearly and succinctly
Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented
Advanced IT literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications. MS excel proficiency desired
Track record of managing and troubleshooting technical and business integration projects
Strong process definition and optimization skills; proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination
Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with e-commerce, retail, advertising, or media would be an advantage
Understanding of or experience using tools and systems around Advertising, Seller On-boarding, or Account Management
