E-commerce Catalog Specialist Job in Gofrugal Technologies Pvt Ltd

Mastermind of product catalog:(Creation):

• Interact with customers to understand their expectations on the product catalog and partner with those who already have catalog for building the same
• Build the catalog for different retail verticals as per the market demand by doing primary research
• Do the competitor research and analyze how other e-commerce app providers in the market are preparing the catalog
• Identify the collaboration opportunities with e-commerce catalog vendors to create a catalog

Upholder of quality experience:(Maintenance):

• Set up, maintain and frequently update the product catalog database, with the most up to date information. Ensure the product pictures are of high quality, resolution and available in multiple orientations
• Review the product catalog content for accuracy and consistency across all the GOFRUGAL demo products and constantly improve the quality and ensure the trial experience is best across all the products
• Be abreast of new products, variants & other catalog related changes happening in the market and add them

Enthusiastic enabler of go-live process (PD):

• Ensure the customer go-live process is smooth by assisting the product consultants with the tasks related to catalog during product delivery and re-implementation
• Spot the areas which require automation and work closely with the development team to fulfil and improve the overall experience during migration

Persistent problem solver:(Support):

• Learn the catalog, implementation and migration management tools of GOFRUGAL products to assist the customers and product consultants
• Improve the experience by constantly monitoring the tickets and customer query data
• Prioritize, schedule and work on catalog requests from customers and ensure quality output

Requirements:

Candidates must have:

• 1-2+ years of experience in retail e-commerce planning or catalog management
• Excellent proficiency in MS Excel or any similar spreadsheets tools
