It is still Day 1! We are building a new business and a global product in the last mile space. We have many openings for individuals to help us innovate in this space. We are looking for talented Front end engineer to design and build these new systems. You will work on hard problems at scale and will have autonomy to deliver. You will learn about real-time adaptive transportation solutions, routing algorithms and optimizations, operating on large scale datasets, mobile development and more.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
4+ years of software development experience, including Java and /or Front end technologies, C++, OO Design, and SOA
JavaScript competence
Experience using a MV* framework (such as Backbone.js, Ember.js, AngularJS, ReactJS, )
Experience with web interface development and frameworks (Ajax, Angular, Jquery, and similar)
Experience in using a version control system, preferably Git
Knowledge of HTML5, DOM traversal/manipulation and event capturing, jQuery, CSS

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in building high-performance, highly-available and scalable distributed systems.
Experience with databases.
Java, SQL and web development experience with Linux
Spring experience
Experience in responsive design, touch interfaces
Ideal candidates will show excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, with an enthusiastic attitude to support and resolve customer problems
Experience designing and supporting large-scale distributed systems in a production environment
Self-starter, quick learner and passionate problem resolver
