This position requires a proactive, highly motivated individual with an aptitude for streamlining processes and who can work independently to deliver accurate and timely results. A successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. The roles requires a leader who is incisive and backs decisions with analytical approach.
Key responsibilities
1. Working backwards from our teams goal of giving the right experience to our partners (Sellers, Vendors and Agencies).
2. Influencing teams beyond his/her direct control like legal, trademark etc. to create case for policy dispensation
3. Problem solver - He/she should be able to clearly identify the roadblocks by being unabashed and yet subtle to ask the right questions. And continue to do so till he/she has clarity.
4. Work closely with senior leaders in driving change management.
5. Identify new use case of advertising partner requests and build process steps.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. Operations management experience of 3-4 years.
2. Bachelors degree in Science/Engineering/ Marketing
3. Experienced in driving process improvements through structured thinking.
4. Comfortable working with different teams across geographies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1.Medium to high level of proficiency in excel
2.People management experience for at least entire 1 performance cycle.
3.Experience in ticket management and compliance
