In addition to working with many stakeholders internally and externally, this role requires working through ambiguity, demonstrating good judgment under pressure and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

10 years of experience in a program management leadership role
Proven ability to manage and develop a team (direct and indirect reports) to deliver high quality and rapid results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
Demonstrated experience working with engineering teams to define, scope and prioritize product requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar technical discipline preferred. Advanced degree is a plus
Experience with abuse, risk management, compliance or similar product initiatives
Product development background in the loyalty and customer retention space
Track record of delivering value-add products to large (>1MM) customer populations
