Job Summary

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a motivated full-time employee to join our Customer Experience Strategy team in Bangalore, India. This role is ideal for a candidate looking for to learn with an exciting, dynamic company.
Key responsibilities:
Recording and cleaning up Excel data as per detailed instructions
Performing a wide range of data collection, data entry, and data processing related tasks (e.g., data tagging, uploading data into online systems)
Fulfilling various ad-hoc administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling, team coordination, etc.
Conducting data validation and analysis
Using level of judgement to determine/identify differentiated experiences and/or trends
Managing team engagement activities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Min 1 years of professional experience
Required Qualifications B.MS / B.Sc / B.Com / B.Tech

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Strong analytical skills including basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Studying/having studied analytical subjects (economics, finance, mathematics, sciences)
Previous work experience, specially handling data recording and business analysis
Interest in e-commerce and retail
Willingness to learn
Pass for improving the overall customer experience
Good English proficiency; Good written and oral communication skills
Good attention to details
Microsoft Office competent
Self-starter, motivated, and extremely organized
