Job Summary

Key Skills : Selling CRM (Salesforce.com/MS Dynamics/SugarCRM/HubSpot/etc.) solutions, International market experience

Education: BE/ ME/ MCA/ MSc/BCA/B.sc

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Experience of engaging with and presenting to senior leaders and C-level executives.
  • Good experience in selling CRM (Salesforce.com/MS Dynamics/SugarCRM/HubSpot/etc.) solutions
  • Minimum 5-15 years of experience in services sales for IT services/consulting organizations.
  • At least 2 years experience in CRM solution selling licensing/subscription, implementation services, application support/maintenance projects.
  • Experience of developing customers in international markets is mandatory.
  • Awareness of competition and other partners strengths/credentials.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated resource with excellent communications and presentation skills.
  • Experience in selling to Manufacturing, Financial Services, Telecom, Healthcare, Retail/CPG industries in USA/Europe region will get preferred.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive and own the complete end-to-end sales engagement activities for CRM Practice.
  • Build partner alliance and relationship with OEMs partner management team and other partners.
  • Responsible for lead and pipeline generation and revenue targets across identified region(s).
  • Drive and manage the Go-to-market activities like conducting / participating in events.
  • Engage with prospects to showcase delivery capabilities to be shortlisted as Salesforce partner.
  • Managing opportunity cycle from Lead to order and the end-to-end RFP response and deal process.
  • Collaborate with the presales and delivery team on RFP response, effort estimation & pricing, proposal presentation, demos, SOW finalization.
  • Drive and own all commercial discussions and contract negotiations with customer.
  • Participate in all key customer meetings during Project delivery and implementation stage.
  • Manage billing and revenues as per agreed terms.
  • Responsible for achieving the defined quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Participate in smooth transition and handover of new projects from presales to delivery organization.
  • Develop and manage the qualification process and criteria for high quality leads to improve conversion ratio.
