Job Description

• Complete responsibility for all Sales onsite.
• Development of business plans that transcend into sales and revenue.
• Setting individual sales targets and guiding the sales team to achieve them.
• Meeting planned sales goals for every quarter individually and through the team.
• Tracking timelines and sales goals.
• Closely monitoring individual and team sales performances
• Handling escalations and pushing for early closures
• Coordinating with Marketing and Pre Sales Team to ensure maximum conversion of leads.
• Developing and maintaining teams by regularly motivating, counselling and sharing product knowledge.
