Job Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with key stakeholders from the client as well as the client interfacing team within the assigned departments to help make smart decisions.
  • Lead the project delivery managing day-to-day delivery independently along with a team of business analysts guiding them through the process.
  • Work on projects across multiple business areas including revenue analysis, segmentation, survey analytics and decision support dashboard creation.
  • Help extract insights from consumers, sales and other data available and provide data analysis, synthesis & presentation support.
  • Play a business development role and generate additional projects by identifying and pitching new ideas and solutions to the client.
  • Work directly with the Account Manager to manage projects.
  • Translate client briefs into analytics problems, define and create deliverables for these problems followed by ensuring smooth implementation of the same in a time-bound manner.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALITIES

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM Analytics with good marketing domain knowledge in any industry (like retail, consumer goods, food and beverages, telecom, hospitality, automotive, technology and media) and with some client handling responsibilities.
  • Comfortable with SQL/SAS/R and experience working on databases and large datasets.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and analytics platforms (Tableau/Power BI/ Alteryx).
  • Should be good at analytical thinking & breaking down large problems into solvable chunks.
  • Should be willing to continuously co-ordinate with onsite clients and teams in India working across different time zones.
  • Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
  • Have a consulting orientation with the ability to gather different perspectives, examples and use them to enrich day-to-day work.
  • Willing to travel onsite as and when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA from premier institutes with 3+ years of experience in CRM analytics.
  • Candidates with a degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics etc.) with 7+ years of experience in CRM analytics may also be considered.

  • Salary including benefits will be based on prior experience & qualifications and will match industry standards.
