Job Description:

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes, and software release cycle with 5 + years of experience
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Experience with write, review and execute test cases.
• Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
• Experience of using JIRA for bug and test case management
• Documentation of test framework architecture and usage
• Continuously improve QA methodology, process and practices
• Testing of web and mobile apps (Android, iOS) platforms
• Recording and triage of data into stories and bugs
• Collaborate with outsourced testing team and ensure proper planning & execution of manual tests
• Experience working in an Agile/ Scrum development process
• Good to have knowledge of Performance monitoring tools
• Good time-management skills
