Job Summary

Recruitment Manager

o Sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates for various technical positions using sources such
as databases, collaborating with talent acquisition partners, internet recruiting resources,
networking, job fairs, media advertisements or employee referrals
o Communicating with various departments to identify technical staffing requirements and creating
requisite job description
o Interview job applicants as part of the screening process to get information on their work history,
job skills, training and education, and inform them of the position s duties and responsibilities,
compensation, benefits and working conditions
o Contact applicants to inform them of their application statuses and conduct background or
reference checks on job applicants, particularly those who will be given job offers
o Maintain Score Cards for all candidates based on SEARCH methodology for future references
o Ensure that shortlisted candidates join the organization on the agreed joining date or before.
o Ensure effective and smooth onboarding of new joinees
o Analyze employment data related to the position and create reports based on your findings which
can be used to manage and forecast recruitment budget and effectively reduce time-to-hire
o Advise management on implementing, organizing and preparing recruiting programs while
providing them with training on interviewing, counseling techniques, performance appraisals or
documentation of performance issues
o Make recommendations for the improvement of the company s hiring process
o Identify and attend job fairs and industry conferences for recruitment. Promote employer brand to
augment recruitment; runs company booth at these events.
o Build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions

Required Skills

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, while managing
stakeholder expectations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Excellent negotiation skills
Strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships
Technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications
Through understanding of recruitment processes and best practices as well as employment laws and HR
policies.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience, Education and Certifications
Bachelor s Degree in HR or relevant subject
Two or more years of work experience in sales, research, operations, customer service, information
technology, administration or other related jobs
Coursework in business, human resources, psychology, information technology or a technical field is
desired
