Job Summary

Job Description:

Build and manage the channel relationship to achieve the required channel mix. Target setting & target management of channelsales on in numbers & volumes per month. Manage and grow the acquisition channels to meet both current numbers and Top-ups. Manage acquisition costs to budgeted levels. Continuously provide feedback on competitor activities and counter measures including process/ credit handling a team of AreaSalesManagers.

Role Includes:

  • Planning & achievingsalestargets through a team ofSalesManagers
  • Identifying profitable opportunities and policies to achieve desired business
  • Developing new channels and growth of existing channels in terms of business volumes
  • Preparing and designing of steps to developsales
  • Maintain relationship & achieve customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience would be preferred inSales/Business development
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills
  • Must have good Leadership and Team Handling experience
  • MBA or Bachelors degree in any field
