Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: APEX Group is seeking a Seasoned HR Business Partner with 8 10 yrs of experience, who will play the role of a Trusted Advisor to business Leaders and managers on various people matters like enabling talent and performance management, employee movement, engagement, and relations. Partner in enabling culture for high performance and assists in building the right organization - Activities include but are not limited to assisting with ongoing change; restructuring the organization as necessary; establishing programs to add or enhance organizational competencies; supporting growth of the business. Supports APEX s Talent and Performance Management processes and helps to drive a culture of accountability. Ensures HR policies and practices are applied consistently throughout assigned BU and ensures fairness across the organization. Be a trusted advisor and communicate policies, procedures, culture, etc. to new and existing employees. Manage and resolve ER issues through effective and objective investigation processes, ensuring adherence to appropriate employment laws and APEX policies. Anchor the employee engagement efforts for the business unit and implements engagement initiatives through outlining key drivers of engagement. Embeds data-based people/talent decision making with Business unit using key HR metrics, performance Indicators and labor market trends. Partner with HR COE s on various HR programs this may include - HRIS, performance management, compensation and benefit, HR compliance and audits, enterprise-wide management/leadership initiatives, talent developments programs, workforce planning, diversity & internal communications. Skills Required Able to work independently and be flexible in an ever-changing environment. Willingness to learn, grow and tackle expanded duties as business needs evolve. Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at different levels to cater to business needs. Strong business and HR acumen - including strong problem-solving, negotiating, consulting skills. Demonstrate the ability to analyze and understand data and information quickly. Awareness of relevant employment legislation, compensation & benefits law and must be able to exercise judgement and independently determine and take appropriate action within defined HR policies and procedures. Demonstrate determination, resourcefulness, and purpose to deliver the best results for the organization. Show courage and confidence to speak up skillfully, challenging others even when confronted with resistance or unfamiliar circumstances. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills (should be skilled in use of Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Acts with integrity, impartiality, and independence, balancing functional, organizational, and legal parameters.
