Job Summary
- Able to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel, including leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities in a high-demand, fast-paced environment and prioritize, plan and execute on complicated assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Thorough knowledge of new developments, legislation and Employee Relations policies across India.
- Ability to function independently as well as work within a team.
- 5+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, with at least 2 years partnering with Senior Leadership
- Experience working in an international environment on a global team required
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic business environment; tech industry experience desired
- A solid track record of influencing senior business leaders while demonstrating excellent decision-making skills.
- Experience partnering with a team and collaborating to drive change while supporting this capability in others.
- Bachelor s degree required;
