Yard & Gate management Accountable all Exim containers stored Ensure all activity are process driven Manages stacking and segregation of IMDG containers & other containers. Ensure Truck TAT & RS moves are controlled efficiently Responsible for system transition and automation development Implementing EDI for other liners Responsible for handling other valued customers empty reco and export import bookings Customs coordination for PNR imports Creating a yard management system MIS reports with high accuracy Operations Management Manages labours forces of 80+ nos Ensures and plans for safe handling of all type of cargo upon delivery Makes sure all operations are Risk assessed on nature of work SPOC for all Internal departments for smooth transition of operations Responsible for handling other liners customers empty reco and export import bookings Leading a 24\7 operations team also which act as contingency team for CFS.
