Job Description: -
  • Handling End to End recruitment Activities as my previous Designation.
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portal/social media/colleges etc.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job portals etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Requirements: -
  • Good communication skills...
  • Candidate should have Good English communication skills....
  • Candidate should be based from Ahmedabad
  • Experience candidates from BFSI sector will be first priority.
