Job Summary

Key Responsibilities: (Only Hindi Language Required) Proactively attend all the queries, complaints, requests across the company coming from users. Raise issues to the concerned teams and follow up for resolutions Proactively and continuously keep the customer and stakeholders informed about the status of the problem Accurately document all customer issues via emails and customer support tools, adhere to the process and follow-up timely Solving complex customer service issues and proactively working on improving metrics What we are looking for: Good command over English & Hindi Language, ability to effectively communicate information in written format. A problem- solving attitude High level of enthusiasm about helping and serving clients, strong customer and solution-oriented personality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Desire to work in a rapidly scaling startup.
