Job Summary

Accountant

  • Candidate must have knowledge of All accounting work, balance sheet finalization, TDS and Income Tax.
  • Updating of day-to-day books of accounts (purchases, journal entries, payment, receipts, debit notes,credit notes, etc).
  • Bank reconciliation & Generation of Accounts Receivables & Payables report and timely communication to management.
  • Calculation of GST, online payment & return filing.
  • Timely payment of statutory dues (TDS, GST, ESI & EPF) and filing of returns (GST, TDS, etc.).
  • Ensuring payments are made to vendors on timely basis.
  • Budgeting & Tax Planning.
  • Payroll management.
  • Foreign Payments Knowledge.
  • Letters to banks (Requirements).
  • Follow up with banks for payments and other follow ups.

    • Minimum educational qualification

  • Graduate with Commerce background.
  • Should have good working knowledge of Busy & Tally.
  • Should have good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) & Google Sheets.
  • Should have good English speaking & writing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
