Job Summary

1.Create/Add new business leads using marketing database and arrange meeting.
2. Manage office with discipline, maintain infrastructure and resources with the help of team.
3. Update Finance and Leaves, process Payroll and implement HR policies for the company.
4. Create Software support contract and new proposals for the customer.
5.Closely work with Management, Product and Sales/Business team.
6.Engineering or Masters in Engineering, HR, Finance or Marketing.
7.Knowledge in ERP Software, Hardware and networking.
8.Ability to communicate the top customer representatives and department heads.
9.Dynamic, smart and Intelligent. Good communicator and negotiator.
10.Ability to handle all challenges with patience and respect.
