Roles & Responsibilities Provision of regular high quality business reports of Connectivity Service performance. Supporting Management Reviews of Connectivity Service performance Providing root cause analysis of under-performing services. Monitoring data feeds and highlight root cause of any loss of data integrity. Data analysis to support deployment activities and in-life investigations Providing EDAs for new data sets and providing adhoc analysis to test hypothesis and answer business questions Ability to transform dirty raw data into more appropriate and valuable data for the purpose analytics or to support ETL activities Take reporting and dashboard requirements, evaluate data sets to provide simulations, and then write specifications for data development team Develop Grafana dashboards Ensuring proper documentation, design and supportability of all Data products Working with data engineers and DevOps team and design data pipeline specification pseudo codes Skills Extensive expertise in Data Analysis on very large structured and non-structured (technical logs, JSON, customer verbatim etc.) data sets Strong data visualization and reporting skills. Expertise using multiple data visualization packages (e.g. Bokeh, pygal, gleam, ) Ability to produce business reports for senior business stakeholders (VP Level) Expertise using both SQL and No-SQL Database environments Expertise performing data analysis using Python (Pandas, Dask, PySpark) Expertise performing data analysis in a Jupyter notebook environment Experience exploring technical logs in ElasticSearch Experience with SQL, Spark, Casandra, ClickHouse, HDFS, R, Elasticsearch, and Graphite Experience with Time Series Databases Demonstrable experience working with large technical data sets to generate KPIs, using tools and methodologies to analyze, correlate, and visualize the data. Familiar with A/B test methodologies.
