Responsibilities:
- To provide support to the team by helping with signature processing, filing the documents as per company standards.
To assist with operational and administrative actions around contract management, review and execution while ensuring accuracy and generate reports as and when required;
To help drive and project manage legal and cross functional teams initiatives, including the design of legal support processes, programs, and optimization of tools and technologies;
Ability to work as a team and to respond quickly and efficiently to requests and provide reliable support
Excellent organizational skills
Qualifications:
College graduate; Degree in business studies or a relevant field is preferred;
2+ years experience as an operations or administrative personnel with a company, Exposure in an MNC will be an added advantage;
Some experience in working with enterprise software and/or legal contracts management tools is desirable, though not mandatory.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail;
Proactive and responsive with the ability to take initiative;
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise matters as needed, with minimal to nil supervision.
Ability to work across multiple time zones and with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
