Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • To provide support to the team by helping with signature processing, filing the documents as per company standards.
  • To assist with operational and administrative actions around contract management, review and execution while ensuring accuracy and generate reports as and when required;

  • To help drive and project manage legal and cross functional teams initiatives, including the design of legal support processes, programs, and optimization of tools and technologies;

  • Ability to work as a team and to respond quickly and efficiently to requests and provide reliable support

  • Excellent organizational skills

Qualifications:

  • College graduate; Degree in business studies or a relevant field is preferred;

  • 2+ years experience as an operations or administrative personnel with a company, Exposure in an MNC will be an added advantage;

  • Some experience in working with enterprise software and/or legal contracts management tools is desirable, though not mandatory.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail;

  • Proactive and responsive with the ability to take initiative;

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise matters as needed, with minimal to nil supervision.

  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
