Job Description
We are hiring for a leading Multinational Technology Company that specializes in enterprise infra solutions, server infrastructure, cloud based products and solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for Business integrity project team members
Manage filing and vendor management.
Support in scheduling meetings, key events, projects and related calendar management activities
Assist in maintaining processes and applications
Prepare and manage central administration budget and raise orders and reports as required.
Provide assistance in the completion of various projects.
Clear and concise communication skills are an asset to this role as this individual will be interacting with all levels of the organization
Organization skills are critical as daily activities will be fast paced it is essential to stay organized and effectively manage time and workspace.
Effective coordination and planning of regular meetings for project team and wider, plus organization and delivery of one-off events/interviews
Handles details of a confidential nature, and performs administrative functions based on understanding of company policy, views and philosophy.
Prepares special or one-time reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant information from a variety of sources.
