Opening for Manager Talent acquisition and Account Management for IT Staffing Company
We have the following opening in our organization. We are IT staffing and placement organization with multiple offices in India as well as in US and Europe.
We need a BAM as per the details below:
Experience : 5-10Years
Location : Kolkata
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management of existing clients, expanding service offering and exploring new opportunities within existing clients.
Building & managing relationship with key customer accounts
Client Handling, Salary Negotiation, Executive Hiring, Contract Recruitment, Team Management.
Proficient in recruiting candidates from all levels Junior Level to Senior Level.
Strong business account management and sales approach
Excellent communication, presentation, reporting and time management skills
Successful mapping & working on High value contracts.
