Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients in the IT sector, including software companies, technology service providers.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to penetrate new markets, expand existing accounts, and achieve sales
objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT directors, and project managers,
through effective communication and understanding of their business needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new business opportunities in the IT
industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral, proposals, and presentations tailored to the IT market
segment.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, generate leads, and stay updated on the latest technology
advancements.
- Lead sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with potential clients to showcase the company\'s IT solutions and
secure new business.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements, develop customized solutions, and ensure successful project
delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT sales and team handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel if required.
